Points & Races
• Coming into this week's race #6 Discount Tire team driver,
David Ragan, stands in fifth place in the Busch Series point
standings. With last week's third-place finish, David gained
ninety-one points on forth-place driver Kevin Harvick. Ragan
is now only 59 points out of fourth place with three races
remaining this season.
• Ragan also holds a strong first place in the Busch series
Rookie-of-the-Year standings, leading second-place Marco
Ambrose by 31 points. David is also vying for the Nextel
Cup Rookie of the year, trailing leader Juan Pablo Montoya
by only 19 points. |
